Writing

I am a writer for the Ag Agency, the marketing and corporate relations department at Farm Credit Bank of Texas. You’ll see examples of my writing in advertisements, letters and other materials for 14 Farm Credit lenders in five states, as well as in the bank’s award-winning magazine, Landscapes.

I began my career as a features writer at the Bryan-College Station Eagle, where I became the food editor. I continued to write at the Austin American-Statesman while working as a copy editor and designer for the features, business and news sections.

I have covered food research at Texas A&M University, the NAHB International Builders’ Show, architecture and design, home improvement, travel and many other topics for newspapers.
